The rules of the road, in plain English.

These Terms govern your use of the ChefAdmin mobile app and website (the “Service”), operated by Godark (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use ChefAdmin.

2. The Service

ChefAdmin lets you capture, import, organise and cost recipes and menus. Capturing and browsing your recipes is free. Certain features, including editing imported menus, food cost, reporting and purchasing tools, are part of a paid plan. Paid plans are bought on our website. The mobile app is free to download and use.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, photos and other content you add (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including processing it through our service providers. See the Privacy Policy for who those are. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

4. AI features

Some features use automated and AI assistance to draft methods, allergens, nutrition and transcriptions. These are suggestions and they may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them, particularly allergen and nutrition information, and especially where food safety or customer health is concerned.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. That includes attempting to breach security, disrupting the Service, reverse engineering it, uploading unlawful content, or using it to infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase on our website, through our payment processor. Prices and plan features may change. We will give reasonable notice of any material change.

7. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings, then Delete account, which removes your account and its data. See how account deletion works. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where the law requires it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that AI assisted content will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
