> ChefAdmin is the connective kitchen-operations platform for multi-brand restaurant groups. It connects the POS, ERP, accounting and supplier systems an operator already runs, unifies their kitchen data, and surfaces where profit is leaking — while keeping the operator's data portable and exportable. ChefAdmin is built by Godark (godark.ai), a company based in Dubai, UAE.

ChefAdmin is sold to multi-brand restaurant groups, cloud kitchens and hotel F&B operators — typically groups running 2 or more concepts across 5–50+ locations. It has its strongest presence in the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan) with live customers in the United Kingdom.

ChefAdmin connects to existing systems rather than replacing them. It is not an "all-in-one" lock-in platform — full data export in standard formats is written into the contract.

## What ChefAdmin does

- Recipe IP: recipes are locked, version-controlled, and costed nightly against live supplier prices, with role-based access and full audit trails.
- Multi-brand inventory: live stock across every brand and location, allocated by recipe usage, reconciled to POS and ERP nightly.
- Menu engineering: a Star / Workhorse / Puzzle / Dog profitability matrix built from real 30-day performance data.
- Food-cost control: theoretical vs. actual food cost reconciled nightly, per dish and per kitchen, so variance is visible before it lands on the P&L.
- Allergen management: allergens are tagged once on the ingredient and propagate to every dish, menu and printed card.

## Jeffrey — the intelligence layer

- Jeffrey is ChefAdmin's AI engine, powered by Anthropic Claude. It answers plain-English questions about an operation and returns the cause and a suggested action, not just a chart.
- The same engine is addressable by software via JSON, OpenAPI and MCP endpoints, plus webhooks.

## Pricing

- Subscription priced per location and per brand: from USD 100 per location / month plus USD 50 per brand / month, billed annually.
- Implementation is a separate one-time setup, scoped to each operation rather than sold as a fixed package.
